As many of you know there has been a recent phenomenon regarding if you hear Yanny or Laurel. So my question is if you hear Yanny or Laurel, this argument has sky rocketed on a video viewing platform also known as YouTube.

I've only listened to it once and heard Yanny, although after watching a video of someone explaining it, it can change depending on various factors, including what you typically listen to e.g. loud music or even the type of headphones. We need pitch to hear specific notes and due to it being so distorted it makes it hard to understand exactly what is being said but it is believed to have originally said Laurel that was a recording of a recording to mess with the audio.

The explaintion I saw said it was dependent on damaged ear drums. If your ears are in good shape you hear Yanny, if they’re damaged you hear Laurel
